This month’s full mix is more of a glorified exercise mixtape. It warms up with Le Tigre’s ‘Bedroom Dancing’, and before too long fumes waft from ‘Innovation’, a stand- out track from Rising Damp’s new EP from Petrol Factory. The upward tick of the mix has been inspired largely by my recent rollerskating, hooping and skipping in the courtyard, with some Acid House from Adonis, legendary funk-punk from Loose Joints and electro disco perfection with a Hot Mix of Hugh Masekela’s ‘Don’t Go Lose it Baby’, because as we all know, if you do not move it, you may lose it.
